The Plant Parm is great on pizza, pasta, and salad, while Mauxarella enhances every dish I make with its flavor and texture. I enjoy both the aged cheeses like Cam, Swizz, Goat, Boka, and True Blue, as well as the fresh options like Greek, Parm, Mauxarella, and even Curds. Overall, I feel like I'm in heaven with the variety of delicious cheeses available.
