Two times to the breakfast at the camping in the sebastian inlet state park. was a beautiful place to the breakfast. the server told us that to dinner they also started in november for the season.
I guess if you don't want to drive far, since you are in South Beaches, OK. Maybe it is good for breakfast. We had a very disappointing lunch there recently. We walked in, there were two tables just finishing their meals, and two servers. STILL took a long time just to get a menu and something to drink. Customer satisfaction was not high on the list. After we finally ordered, they cleaned up the two other tables, and then were bad-mouthing the small tips. In a loud voice. Unbelievable, these servers had zero class. I ordered the Grouper sandwich. It was the size of a Wendy's square burger. I did not know grouper grew in a square shape. And it was 13.99!! It has good taste, but way over-priced. Go to Bonefish Willy' if you want the best fish sandwich in town. Or just drive a few miles up to the Eatery, where it is professionally run, with great staff and reliable food. I was so disappointed in this place after hearing good things. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but it was what it was.
Had dinner there last night. Prime rib sandwich was great. My husband got the special , it was blackened triple tail, he said it was good but only getting two very small slivers of fish for $25 was not good, portion should have been bigger. Our waiter was exceptional, very friendly, service was great with the exception of the youngest person serving his parents salads before we got ours, especially when we had been there and ordered before them. Then overheard him talking negative about other staff.
We used to visit Long Point Cafe regularly when we lived in Melbourne Beach. We revisited it last week traveling over 100 miles to do so as we had moved away from the area. We quickly discovered that the establishment had changed drastically under new ownership and management former owners kids). Though they still have fish sandwiches and Reuben sandwiches on the menu, it is now impossible to order a fish Reuben as you once could...even at any up charge. Also, we were told the chef had not yet prepared any fresh fish for the day but that only frozen cod fish was available for their sandwiches...this at “prime time”. We’ll not bother to ever return
