Oishii Sushi is located in the Target Centre on Bourke Street (and can also be accessed on through Little Bourke St). The Sushi here is pretty good.

They are so fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and they know what they're doing. Have plenty of vegan options as well and totally recommended.
