Dunkin' - Mentor

I hope to be able to update my review in the future. My 5-year-old was given coffee instead of hot chocolate twice, and I order the same coconut milk latte several times a week. I've already stopped visiting the location near the mall on certain days. I won’t return to the Mentor on the Lake branch until there’s a change in staff. I’d rather drive to a different city than go back to this one. The employee seemed to make a deliberate effort to get my order wrong. As I write this, my latte machine is warming up. The service over the last couple of years has dramatically declined. I ordered to frozen coffees today that were watery and discolored, when I returned the drinks I was met with very rude and nasty responses when asking for a refund. Eventually my card was snatched from my hand by the associate conducting the refund and when I requested the name of the individual and the name of the manager the young lady at the window refused to give me the information. From the nasty customer service to receiving stale and burned food I will never return to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
