Freshness quality speed attention to the delicious coffee and the unbeatable sweets. Every Thursday of the week we bought for 25 people breakfast at work.

Food was cold and service was appalling, the staff did not know what was on the menu and what wasn't. It took 15 minutes for our food to come out.

Very busy location in a small cramped establishment. But this appears to be typical of all Merritt fast food joints. There was a bit of a language barrier with the order staff making it difficult to understand what she wa s saying. Our order for coffees was entered incorrectly into the cash machine. We noticed this immediately and asked for it to be corrected. Then the price for the coffee we ordered differed from the price advertised on the menu above the till. We asked to have it reviewed with the manager when the clerk didn't know how to correct it. Then the manager said it was not on special. Very disorganized staff.Food was tasty when we got through the long bathroom line ups and the confusion at the till. We had to ask for straws to accompany our take out coffee orders.

Great sandwich, nice people, great prices and spotless. A must stop, especially for Esso Speedpass holders. Highly recommended. Thanks

Always busy, but good standard tim's fare...you just have to be patient...over Christmas MacDonald s mext dppr was closed so Tim's was super busy.
