The pesto wrap was delicious, but the two smoothies weren't blended well. There were whole chunks of frozen fruit and other ingredients in both smoothies, which made them difficult to drink. We ended up eating them more than actually drinking them. This may have been due to the holiday rush. Additionally, even if cutlery isn't needed, it would be nice to have a straw included or at least an option to request straws.

Absolutely the best smoothies I've ever had! The açaí bowl is simply amazing!

I was in the mood for an açaí bowl, so I decided to stay. However, it took quite a while to receive our bowls. I couldn't find any blueberries in my Berry bowl. Unfortunately, both bowls were soupy in texture, and I was disappointed with the bananas I chose.

The smoothies here are great, priced at $13.65 for the one shown in the picture. The wait times can be a bit long (around 10-15 minutes for a smoothie), but that's understandable since everything is made fresh, so I can't fault them for that. However, the staff's demeanor leaves much to be desired. They informed me that I couldn’t pay with cash because they were too busy to count the registers. This was at 10 a.m., and they had opened at 7:30 a.m.—only in Miami could such business practices occur. Sure, mistakes happen, but there's no need for rudeness or to make it feel like it's the customer's fault. The atmosphere was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, I find myself returning repeatedly because my boss is a fan of their coconut dream smoothie. I noticed that if you speak Spanish, you seem to receive much better treatment.
