Trawlers Catch - Mid Devon

If you don 't want to find out until you get home that you 've been given a very THIN looking piece of COD, that was meant to be large size, I would highly recommend another 'chippy '. BARELY ANY CHUNKY FLAKES OF FISH! Even the medium size had slightly more 'white fish flakes, ' when this item was also lacking in fish quantity!! We have used many other F C shops across the County and Country and this is by far the worst. A member of our group (in the catering business) ; felt in their opinion that the FISH supply is NOT fresh! I tried to address the matter with various members of staff, but sadly they came across as totally unbothered and rude. From our experience, they are clearly cheating customers in the quantity and quality of fish for the price, compared to what you can actually get far better elsewhere.

The food was really good but having repeated my order about 6 times to the girl at the counter she still managed to get it wrong!

These fish and chips were really, really nice. We recently moved from a seaside town.. and these fish and chips were the best I've had in a long while. We will definitely be returning.

I ordered two servings of cod and chips and was taken aback by the price. The fish and chips were tasty, but I don't think I'll be dining there again because of the cost.

I took my partner to a restaurant and we ordered cod and chips, which was absolutely delicious. The serving of cod was a nice size and there were plenty of fries. We also tried a sausage, which was huge and tasty.
