Cubby's - Midvale

I have always enjoyed dining at Cubbys in the past, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience today. I was disappointed to pay a high price for a salad that was inedible. The lettuce was brown and had a foul smell.

I wish the hamburger was larger, but the aromas in the kitchen were perfect. All the different fries were fantastic. This is one of the few places where you can get a truly delicious burger and a delicious salad.

The meal was satisfactory, but the cost was over $40 for the two of us. We ordered two burgers, a shared appetizer of fries, two cocktails, and a dessert. To top it off, they had the audacity to ask for a tip, which likely goes straight back to the restaurant and not to the staff. This seems to be a recurring issue at Cubby's, and they attribute it to using organic and locally-sourced ingredients, yet they serve $3 fountain drinks. I won't be returning, as I can't justify the expense.

I was here for the first time and waited for the drive-thru. no answer for about 8-10 minutes. the 5 cars ahead of me moved forward, so I moved up and tried to wait to order in the window, then the car moves behind me and I hear hi, I can take her order now I am in agreement with no commanded and so I called, the manager explained the situation and he said ok let her put on a short stop. I was on all the way to the window where I finally hanged and ordered in the window. it was about 25 minutes now. the type said I'm sorry, took my command and said they knew what? I'll give them a cookie for their effort, please let them pass the dumpsters and we'll get your food out. I only had to wait 20 minutes while they helped the 4 cars behind me. I ordered 2 children's dishes 2 deer. 44 mice. I come after the long wait for home and our 2 children's meals were so small that they don't even feed 1 child to eat the half of my dinner. good that I had this little cookie. unnecessary to say this place is ****. If you're hungry, go somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience at cubbies. Sam is the best worker ever. He is handsome, has strong hands, and delivers that’s 9” sub impeccably. Love u Sam.
