Good bagels, good people, and good vibes. I bring my special needs client and they are always patient with her.

I love their bagel sandwiches! The food here always tastes fresh and delicious.

Great bagels and great schmear! Also, they're surprisingly fast! I love the grab and go box option for people in a hurry like I was at the time. The price was decent, too! Very friendly staff as well. My only complaint is not having enough variety in the schmear. I'd like to see them mix it up with their flavors. Otherwise, they're great!

My 82 year old grandmother called in an order with a coupon for a half dozen bagels AND schmear for $7. I went to pick up the order and they attempted to charge me $10.40 for the half dozen plus the schmear. I told them my grandmother called in the order with a coupon and they asked me to look it up on the app, but it wasnt in the app it was a paper coupon, I had the coupon code but looked on the app anyways. While I was looking on the app, however, I noticed that the special they have on Monday's is a FULL dozen for $7. And this is a Monday. So the male manager that I picked the order up from attempted to charge my grandmother the same price they have for a full dozen, for a half dozen and charge the regular price for the schmear. I had already paid the $10.40 for the half dozen plus the schmear. So after realizing about the coupons and Monday deals I told him to just give me another half dozen and he wouldnt have to refund the $3 and change for the schmear. The guy was clearly irritated about it all even though they were the ones that were trying to charge my grandma full price for everything. On top of that nonsense my grandmother didnt even get the other half dozen in the variety she wanted because they were out of those bagels for the day. The guy was rude and didnt even apologize for the situation I had to sort out in order for my grandmother not to be charged more than she should have. Very inconvenient. Very poor customer service. We wont be going to this einsteins again and we'll be complaining to corporate. I was very nice and didnt pitch a fit or threaten to complain about his lack of customer service but he'll find out I'm sure. Hope no one else has this problem, or any like it.
