Bourbon chicken has always been my mall food court fav since I was in middle school. Sweet, salty and savory chicken over rice, what's not to like? A little rare to see bourbon chicken on menus besides Golden Corral or other small mall spots like this. So I was at the mall food court after a good decade and decided to try this again. Either quality has fallen (likely) or my palette is more refined (unlikely). The spicy chicken was inedible due to how salty it was. The fried rice was dry and also too salty. The bourbon chicken was well marinated, and tasted like it did a decade ago, except the quality of meat. There were tons of gristle and fat pieces I spit out, about 15%. Overall, this place hasn't held up over the years, unfortunately.

Friendly service, medium quality of food. Food was warm and in good portion.
