Chicken Palace - Milwaukee

I had a large order that I put in a week in advance for a work lunch. They never received it even though I got an email confirmation. They were pretty quick to get going on the order but it took over an hour. This was over an hour past our work lunch at this point. I went to pay for the order and it was $13 more per tray than my original invoice received online. The only solution they offered was free 2 liter bottles of soda. This was so disappointing. I gave the food 4 stars but the service and their ordering system is antiquated and prices are outdated online. I spoke to the owner to find out why the prices on my online order were less than what I was being charged and he said “oh our website is outdated”. Again he offered free 2 liter soda bottles. I will never order from this place again and would not recommend.

If you order the special for Tuesday and Wednesday online, you will only receive one chicken instead of the advertised two. When I called to inquire about this issue, they informed me that I would need to order over the phone to receive the full amount. This online ordering special seems to be a scam to deceive customers.

The elderly woman working at the cash register was extremely impolite and disrespectful. She was unhelpful and provided terrible customer service.

I ordered 20 tacos and a burrito meal online for $38.95, but when I called to confirm the price before pick-up, the lady told me it was $60. She explained that the online and in-store prices were different, but I had already placed my order online. She couldn't find any record of it in her system, making me feel like I was being scammed. It's unacceptable to charge customers a different price than what they ordered. I advise others not to support this kind of deceitful business practice.

Tried doing an order and apparently all a la carte food items have to come with the beverage now. Essentially I’m having to pay more because they forcefully charge you for a beverage even if you don’t want it. No thank you!
