Jimmy John's - Milwaukee

Jimmy John's delivery is HORRIBLE!! I order from DoorDash hoping to get faster delivery and accurate tracking but Jimmy John's does their own deliveries and takes over an hour to arrive when DoorDash shows an estimate of 20 minutes

The service at this JJ location is always fantastic. Today, the delivery driver went above and beyond by bringing extra drinks to help us beat the heat. Such a thoughtful gesture!

We ordered two turkey sandwiches but received two sandwiches with no turkey at all. While DoorDash processed a refund quickly, we were still disappointed with what we received.

I called to check on the status of my order, and an employee at the Jimmy John's location mentioned that I should place my order directly through their website rather than using DoorDash. They explained that they have their own drivers and don’t rely on DoorDash drivers. Also, the estimated delivery time they provide isn't accurate.
