Wendy's - Milwaukee

Wendy's breakfast is fantastic, and the potato wedges are definitely the highlight of the meal.

The service here is extremely slow, which may be a reflection of the staff. Even loyal customers find themselves waiting in long lines. It may appear that business is thriving, but I've only endured these long waits because the drive-thru doesn’t function like it should. The food is good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I would give this place zero stars. After I paid, I communicated my order to the cooks, and then I sat by the window. Everyone in line had to wait for my order, even though I placed it 10 minutes before the window. No excuse for that. This seems to be a recurring issue with restaurants in downtown.
