Callie Opie's Orchard - Mineral

For a starter, we ordered the Ahi Tuna, and it was delicious! I had the Bourbon Molasses Salmon, which deserves a solid 5 stars. I also tried half a rack of the Cherry Bourbon BBQ ribs, but I found the ribs a bit lacking in flavor. My friend ordered the Cherry Bourbon Burger; unfortunately, they mistakenly gave him the regular burger instead, but he said it was still really good. This mix-up is the only reason I didn't give the restaurant a full 5 stars. When he informed our server, she promptly brought him some BBQ sauce to enhance the burger, which was a nice touch. He also had the lemon Brussels sprouts on the side, and they were excellent! The ambiance of the place is beautiful, and you can tell they host weddings there, with a stunning barn and a lovely lawn leading down to a well. I loved the rustic wooden decor throughout the restaurant!

We visited Callie Opie in our RV as part of the harvesters and were thoroughly impressed. The venue is spacious with beautiful grounds, and the staff was friendly and highly capable. The food was exceptional; we tried the cranberry chicken salad, the pork chop with blueberry, and the Portobello mushroom topped with crab cake, and all were outstanding. We truly enjoyed our experience. Despite a wedding tasting event happening in one of the event buildings, everything ran smoothly. The property has a charming little lake and even grows its own apples. Mike, our host, was fantastic, and we definitely plan to return!

First, regarding the restaurant: My husband and I have been coming here since it opened, and we’ve watched it grow into a must-visit destination by the lake. The food changes with the seasons, and we always look forward to trying the new additions to the menu. The desserts are made fresh daily, and you really can't go wrong with anything you choose. They also host seasonal events, like murder mysteries and football nights, which we thoroughly enjoy. We visit regularly and absolutely love it! Now, about the wedding venue: Mike has created a beautiful event space behind the main restaurant, which enhances the overall charm of the location. We held our ceremony by the pond, enjoyed our cocktail hour at the restaurant bar, and celebrated our reception in the event space. Mike was a tremendous help throughout the planning process, and everything went smoothly. The venue is stunning, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a wedding there!

The food was great and the board pickup was quite seamless. A recommendation would be to advertise that you add a 20% reward fee for all togo orders. For full service (total) food, that would be perfectly fair, but seems a bit exaggerated for takeout..

Beautiful location with great service. Ordered the chicken salad appetizer, and the blueberry pork chop entree. Then ended with the mixed berry cheesecake. Bathrooms were also very well kept. I would go back and the service was so good.
