Kfc - Minot

Stopped by KFC tonight for dinner. Ordered a $20 fill-up. The chicken that was served was dry and clearly old. There was no meat on 2 of the legs, almost as if someone ate them already. So disappointing. We won't be back.

Good place to eat, regular KFC. Their service has been good and the chicken has been all that I expected. Due to employee shortages and other factors you cannot depend on them being open when they are supposed to be. We have almost completely stopped going there because sometimes they have been closed as early as 6 pm. The mashed potatoes are generally terrible and they often don't allow substitutions anymore. Downgraded my reviews to 3 star. Don't try to online orderafter 8 because they have problems and probably won't receive your order. They also lock their doors at 8 pm.

Ordering online was useless, but that isn't the fault of the store. Drive-through was a breeze and food came to the parking lot relatively quickly. Order was accurate, hot, and tasted good.

Always friendly did about 4 door dash orders they been fast n always on top of it

Don't know why I haven't learned my lesson! The popcorn chicken is such a joke. One out of 10 times I get it it's straight up little hockey pucks, all hard as a rock breading with NO chicken in sight. It really can't be that hard to cook. This time they completely left it out of my bag. Should have been my 1st clue. Anyway, it's good when it's good.
