Feedback gevenEveryone can have a free day, but 2 times within a 3 weeks time frame I am completely disappointed. still only control the service (not the employees' faults) and when they play the employees inside, it is difficult to hear the speaker. kasse has not recognized me with anything other than my payment amount. I sat in the window, literally, 5 minutes after the payment waiting for my order. when I got my order, it was pushed out of the window without any confirmation. there was müll on the floor at the drive thru window from the breakfast and I was there at 5. (Bo rounds) no warning when or whether I return here.
If you're low on gravy, why not just tell the customer? Instead of making the customer waste their money. Fries were obviously old. Hard and crunchy. Limp ones tossed in there. This was at 11:15am. 10/8/21.
The is the first bad experience at this location, not sure what changed. The chicken was not completely cooked. There was a **** center in the breast that I was eating. Hopefully management get this review and verify the cooking process.
The customer service at this Bojangles is AWFUL. The employees are extremely rude and simply do not seem like they want to work at all. Furthermore, they are shorting customers on food, no doubt because of laziness, but twice now I’ve ordered medium fries (which come in at $3) and the fry box isn’t even half full and almost still a flat piece of cardboard. And we have also been short on chicken tenders multiple times. I will not be returning until they put more emphasis on training their employees and have better quality assurance.
This restaurant has been challenged since its inception with staffing guest service minded individuals. I was just involved in my last horrific experience at this location and honestly, all Bojangles forever. When I declined to pull forward when waiting for my order (there were NO CARS ANYWHERE), manager Taylor came to the DT window to inform me I could leave then. When I asked for the district manager's phone number I was told to google it This experience was stress inducing, in front of my son, and completely avoidable and unnecessary. What type of business will allow this type of behavior from their staff, especially the General Manager Save your money, eat at home or support other merchants. Bojangles does not deserve the patronage.
