Innsense Bistro - Mitzpe Ramon

The food at this restaurant is incredible. The atmosphere is very clean, and the menu is simple yet delicious.

Charming restaurant. The two vegan dishes, the rice and pasta, taste similar except for the rice and pasta. Tasty but too oily.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options that were absolutely delicious. In addition to vegan dishes, there are also options for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The atmosphere is cozy and the waitstaff is friendly.

I stumbled over this sweet little restaurant while I went around the small shops in the area and was pleasantly surprised by the clear menu with several vegan dishes. I really enjoyed the vegan pasta dish, served with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, roasted garlic, and a mixed nuts for refilling. The portion size of this dish was very generous and enough to enjoy for two people. Although I did not try out the other dishes, there were several additional vegan options on the menu. Very recommended.

We were in Mitzpe Ramon on Sabbath and there is nothing open in this small town. At InnSense the staff were friendly and very helpful and easily pointed at 4 savoury dishes and the apple pie as already vegan dishes. And they were really nice! :
