This location downtown is bad. The customer service is seriously lacking. They never have enough people to work so they shut the lobby down and gets rude with the customers.

Hi I visited Wendy's on yesterday and tried the new strawberry frosty hmmm good. I prayed for strawberry frosty every since I was a little girl now I'm 50, Thanks Wendy's

The customer service was friendly, but there was a mix-up with my order. I requested a soft, fresh cookie, but I received an old, hard one instead. I had asked for two cookies but only got one. However, the staff was responsive and fixed the issue.

The situation in the city is quite frustrating. The cashier who worked the drive-thru on August 27, 2022, at 11:00 was extremely rude and really lacked any customer service skills. I decided to leave because I didn't want to spend my money at a place where the manager treats customers poorly. In my opinion, if they don't enjoy their job, they should consider finding something else.

I attempted to order a salad but was informed that they didn't have any. I checked with other nearby places before heading out, and they all offered salads. It seems this restaurant was just too lazy or unwilling to prepare them! That's really disappointing if it's true!
