I visit this location 3-4 times a week, and I can honestly say I've never had any issues with service until today. There was a new employee working at drive-thru 1, and he kept trying to talk over me while I was ordering. Despite me telling him three times that he had my order wrong, he still didn’t fix it. Plus, his nails were excessively long and had dirt under them—something nobody wants to see, and I know that's not up to Yellowhammer's standards. When I got to the second window and informed the newer girl that one of my drinks was incorrect, all she said was, “I’m sorry, have a great day,” before closing the window.

This is the second time I've had a problem with the same barista, Katie. The first time, my order was incorrect and, instead of helping to resolve the issue, she told me I would have to go back to the end of the line. This time, we had been waiting for quite a while in the drive-thru when another car pulled in from the road. Rather than taking our order first, Katie allowed that car to skip ahead of multiple vehicles. When I brought it to her attention, she simply shrugged it off and said, “Oh well, things happen.” It's truly disappointing to see such poor customer service from her, especially when the rest of the staff provide excellent service.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the drinks are excellent. It's a popular place, so it might take a little longer to receive your beverage, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Excellent coffee and a variety of specialty drinks! Even better, it’s locally owned! The atmosphere isn’t much due to it being drive-thru only, but the service is quick and friendly.
