I could not be more disappointed and upset about the cookies I picked up and the reaction of the manager. cookies have been ordered for the closing party. asked for a fairy tale “M”. They showed them to me and not near them they were maroon; they were pink. I said this is not a fairy tale; it's pink. they are answer was “it is the only maroon we have used for years and years”. I said I don’t buy this and they shouldn’t say or sell cookies allegedly with a fairy “M”; it was pink. manager was completely dismaying for my complaining. her fix was to spray her darker, but would be dirty. Why in the world would I do that with cookies that have already been ruined. I've been in this bakery for many years; never again. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone and actually suggest that they go somewhere but there.

We were guite disappointed in the cakes we got from here for our event. My husband's family has been going here for 30+ years and has always spoken highly of their goods. We had 3 separate cakes, 1 chocolate, 1 white and another with 2 layers of each. The white cake was very good, but the decorations lacked greatly. The chocolate cake was dry and had zero flavor, decorations lacked greatly on this one too. The 2 tiered cake had several cracks in the frosting, white was good and the chocolate again was bland but not as dry as the sheet cake one and the decorations were not that impressive. Overall, we know they have done better and will try another time to see if anything changes.

They did such an amazing job! The cake turned out so cute and I love how they dont use fondant! Definitely will order from here again!

Love this place. The cherry and lemon cakes are my favorites. And the cookies are amazing. I really wish they had breakfast pastries such as croissants or scones as I would probably visit daily on my way to work.

We recently placed an order for graduation cookies. The person taking our order did not seem to comprehend the colors we wanted for the cookies after being told three times...received a call from an employee the day before we were scheduled to pick up saying there were no colors written down on order form! Also, when arriving for pick up and waiting in line for a long amount of time, an employee seemingly could not find our cookies and they were not even boxed up yet. The employee was also shown a picture of cookies in the shape of caps and diplomas, however we received all round cookies with just a picture of caps and diplomas. Very dissatisfied!
