Church's Chicken - Moncks Corner

I absolutely love this place, especially because I only go there maybe once a week. There is a young man who works there who is so sweet and funny. He always remembers what I order - I'm a creature of habit and always get the same thing. It's a simple order, but he always remembers. It's so charming and sweet.

The service was lacking and they did not have the item I desired. It was disappointing. This is why I am giving them only 2 stars. However, one of the staff members was courteous and made an effort to compensate for the shortcomings of their coworker. Others may have had a better experience, but I did not.

I've never been a place with bad customer service, the guy who repaired my order was not on what he did, it was like a sweat, heart false, forget my money back and never go back.

Church's Chicken on Highway 52 in Moncks Corner is a well managed Church's Chicken location that is a reliable source for well made chicken, biscuits, and sides. I really like the convenience of this location and being able to get in and out quickly when you are on the move.
