Golden House - Moncks Corner

First and last time ordering from Golden house. Shrimp way over cooked, fried rice was the worst I have ever had, and the egg rolls were terrible. $50 order and not one good thing to say about it.

For lunch, I love Golden House, Shrimp, and Lobster sauce. However, the last time I requested no crabs meat. So, this is a complimentary redo. I understand since it's standard in this entree. Golden House is located near FoxBank! Making it a quick and easy option.

We've been getting takeout here since they have opened. Usually our orders are fine. My issue is twice now I have order Cashew Shrimp. Each time I remove the lid to the container I see peanuts not cashews. I am 58 years old and by now I am able to know the difference between a peanut and a cashew. The first time this happened I thought, ok, they ran out of cashews and being in a hurry tossed in peanuts. Ok fine, but to do it again. NO, I'm sorry that just doesn't cut it! Either change the name of the Cashew Shrimp to Peanut Shrimp, reduce the price because you refuse to use a cashew, or get some cashews! It's that simple. So if you think you will get cashews on your order think again. You will just get plain old peanuts. You have been warned!

I would not recommend this place. I work less than a mile away, but I can't get delivery from them. They claim to offer delivery, but after placing my order, I was informed that they don't actually deliver. It was a frustrating experience!

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times a month for the past year, but each time my orders have been incorrect. The quality of the food has also become mediocre lately.
