I placed an online order during the restaurant's operating hours for two combo plates totaling $25. After locking up and attempting to pick up my order, I waited outside for 15 minutes but no one arrived to hand it to me. Disappointed, I eventually left and went elsewhere. I am interested in contacting someone regarding a refund for this issue.

I am only giving this restaurant 1 star because 0 is not an option. I placed an online order and paid for my meal, but when I arrived to pick it up, the door was locked, the lights were on, and the open sign was flashing. Despite my attempts to get someone to come to the door or answer the phone, I was left waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes. In the end, I wasted $42 and left without my meal.

The restaurant was well-lit and the door was shut, but unfortunately I was unable to enter.

Only suggestion for a beautiful facility I would have to check the lobby more often for customers and invest in larger containers for the soße with the larger orders of wings, I ordered two 15 pieces wing order and only two cups ranch, one for each meal.

Best wings I ever had. Great people and service. Don’t know who was doing the cooking and seasoning but it was def great. 10/10
