Feedback gevenI’d rather pay extra at Speedway than return here. The manager, Nancy, is completely unprofessional and unreliable. The service was extremely disappointing!
Terrible service every time. The people at the register are always unpleasant. The woman there rolls her eyes and ignores you if you need assistance. They don’t even provide a bag. There's no warm welcome, and it's frustrating to call, but Dana is extremely rude!
You can always rely on having a great experience at Sheetz. This location is just as good as any other.
I ordered a roasted half Hoagie, it was not roasted, it was microwave, the bread was so chewing that I could hardly eat it. You screwed my order twice before I have my right order. And the music was so loud that you could hardly think.
I love going to Sheetz. It is so quick and easy. The customer service is also amazing. Today I noticed that my cappuccino had run out of powder after I got to work. On my break I ran over to Sheetz again and asked if I could replace it. Unfortunately I didn't get the kind lady's name who assisted me, but she is a dear. She let me replace the coffee, assisted with the machine when it got clogged, and even gavee so e coupons for the trouble. It really wasn't any trouble because I am just right across the street, but she insisted on having the coupons. I also really enjoy the self checkout lines for those that don't need anything behind the counter. It makes getting the morning breakfast and coffee a cinch.Thanks guys.
