Fusion Wings - Montebello

Great fresh wings and not overly breaded like everywhere else. The crispyness and meat on these wings were perfect. Definitely a hidden gem.

I tried their wings for the very first time on Friday and they were absolutely delicious. They are so good that you don’t even need dressing. You can tell their product is fresh and very flavorful. Every bite was delicious.

Chef Ronnie takes good care of his regulars. There's a wing flavor for any taste. Don't let the humble appearance fool you, the flavors go through extensive trial and error before making it onto the menu, and the food is made to order.I recently moved, and my biggest regret is how far I am from this wing establishment. To my knowledge, this place stands high above any other wings I've ever tried. The cheese curds are amazing, and the wings are always big and flavorful.

Large wings, fresh and most of all delicious flavors. Had the Japanese crunch garlic and Vietnamese lemongrass, recommended by Chef Ronnie who is an amazing owner, they were great. Look forward to trying more flavors. Let me tell you there are a variety to choose.
