Island Grill - Montego Bay

I would prefer to spend my money at a Jamaican chain! The food is tasty with a local twist. The mango-carrot juice is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and incredibly refreshing! The staff is friendly as well.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I called today to check if their card machine accepted a specific type of card, and I was met with a very disrespectful attitude. The person who answered was rude and condescending, seeming more interested in arguing than helping. I was really disappointed because I love Island Grill and have always recommended it to others.

We visited for a late lunch and arrived just after 2 PM. We were informed that the chicken would take about 10 minutes, which was fine. However, by 3 PM, our meal still hadn’t arrived. After waiting an additional 10 minutes at the counter, we finally received our food, but the only item that was hot were the fries. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

Food was good enough, it's one of the better choices when it comes fast food. I like the fact that this one in Catherine hall Mobay have a lot of space inside and outside for dining . But it seems that a shortage of staff , especially at lunch rush, have impacted on the service Quality, which also led to longer waiting time in line to make your order and a even longer waiting time to receive the order .

Great food and customer service i just feel my opinion the jerk burger need a little gravy on the chicken it was a bit dry but everything else excellent
