Feedback gevenI placed my order for pickup 10 minutes ahead of time, but was told there were still 14 minutes left when I arrived. I waited, and even when the status said it was ready, it turned out the meter isn't accurate. They informed me it would take another 5 minutes, but now it has been 10 minutes and I'm still waiting. I'm originally from Seattle and have never encountered this issue before, which has completely ruined my experience with Domino's. I would advise against spending your money here! There is no customer service to speak of!
The staff is always friendly, but I was disappointed when I opened the box and tried the pizza. I used a coupon, and it felt like they penalized me for it. The toppings were sparse and the crust was thin, which made for a less-than-ideal experience during March Madness.
Not great. I live just about 4 minutes away, but the food arrives cold, and the crust has become soggy because it steams in those bags that are supposed to keep it warm. The amount of toppings is almost nonexistent. I only order from here when I can't go out or cook for myself.
It took over a hour and fifteen minutes to get my pizza. Was tracking it on the app. Why does it take 40mins to check my pizza for perfection? Worse Domino's ever!!!
I went in and ordered my pizza. This was my first time. I liked that they had on the wall a monitor that showed you when your order will be ready. Employees were very courteous. Will be going back ?
