First, the room could have been cleaner, especially in these covid times. I got wipes from the lobby and wiped my room myself. they are short on household help, but they have not communicated this! we had to ask for hand towels, mud cans be emptied, toilet paper, etc. were never made. the housekeepers who were in the 6th and 7th floor worked very hard and were accommodating. I'd stay somewhere else next time. (I visit the opposite very much because my daughter lives here) the breakfast companion was very friendly and accommodating. free garage parking were a big plus!

Lincoln Hotel is about 30 mins driving from LAX airport. I took an Uber from the airport. The front desk check me in in a fast pace. The place is surrounded with a lot of food options, I personally ate BBQ nearby. Breakfast is provided, routine menu: bread, cereal, fruits, waffle...

Throughoutly enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfy, fast WiFi network, clean bathroom, and the AC was super cold too so we wouldn't have to worry about the summer heat. The hotel itself is surrounded by tons of stores and restaurants so you can absolutely get anything you want just within walking distance. Another big plus for light sleepers is that it's quiet especially at night so you can sleep through the night without any disturbance at all. First time and certainly will not be the last. Will come back here someday!Ps I didn't opt for free breakfast so I can't comment on that

Customer service doesn't exist at this hotel. The front desk receptionists needs to look up what hospitality mean. I called the hotel on Monday after checking out in Sunday, the front desk would not transfer my call to a manager after questioning me why I wanted to speak with a manager. He then hung up the phone. Never will I stay at this hotel again.

I think it was pretty comfy. Some of the areas were a little dirty, but it isn’t as bad as people say it is. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is pretty good. Some folks just expect a little too much, but I don’t think this hotel was that bad. It’s perfect for a few days stay, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
