While the journey through the staff was extremely polite and professional, I still spent over 13 minutes waiting by car to order through the lane and then wait to get food. As soon as I came to the second window, I was told that they were waiting for spicy nuggets. I thought they were nice and hot. Luke warm best, and Pommes were really hard, almost crisp as if they had been overcooked. Staff both would get 5 stars, but the quality of the product fell the score.
As a truck driver I am here late in the night to stop, so there is no one in the line and the food is always hot and fresh! The restaurant is certainly also clean.
Not one to leave a bad review so this will be 10/50. Went to the drive thru and ordered my grandson a 4PC chicken nugget happy meal and they asked if we wanted extra fries or apple slices, we said no just the normal happy meal. Get to the window thinking everything is in there so I asked for a few packs of ketchup because evidently they think kids only require 1 pack with a meal, Anyway no fries, apples are dry and old as well as the nuggets and about 3 cubes in the drink and of course No napkins!!! But we did get a Thanks and Come Back......
Serving Billions of Covid Burgers everyday. I get it. We need to work. But the minimum standard is a full face mask not a chin support. Ridiculous how such a large chain just cares about profit and not their employees or community. Will never go back.
