These ladies certainly know how to run a restaurant! As a restaurant manager myself, I can confidently say that this exceptional team truly knows how to provide excellent service and treat their guests with warmth and friendliness. Thank you to all of you!

I visit this restaurant once a week and have never had a bad experience or received the wrong order. The woman at the drive-thru who took my payment this morning was incredibly friendly and sweet; I believe her name was Sparkle.

I get the impression that the staff doesn't fully embrace the idea that the customer is always right, and it seems that the management isn't providing proper training for their employees, unlike the thorough training we received in the 90s. It's disappointing to see employees with visible piercings and tattoos without any attempt to cover them up. On a positive note, the restaurant appeared clean and had a pleasant, fresh scent.
