Dunkin' - Mount Pocono

I'm a Dunkin fiend and love to stop here on my way to work or any other opportunity Ican take advantage of. The weekday morning shift crew all seem nice and committed to providing good customer service, from my experiences. At this point, they recognize me when I pull up. A while back I did have a couple issues in a short time span, but those were corrected with ease, and it's been an good lately.

As all the big chains in the food industry quality is not the best but I like the consistency. Decent cup of coffee no matter the location.

I go here all the time. Sometimes I do drive through orders. Sometimes I go in the store and sometimes I do mobile orders. Every single time the staff are very pleasant and friendly. My orders are always correct. Absolutely excellent service. Whoever is managing it needs to be commended on picking great staff with great attitudes.

On 11/6/2023 at 6:15am I placed an order at the drive through. When I got to the window to pay, the Young lady working the window had tissue jammed in her nose. I asked her if she was OK? and she replied I don't feel well. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW???? I declined my order to which she replied I didn't touch your food. lady, there is no need to touch my food, you are touching the counter the coffee pots the register, the credit cards, receipts, handing the customers their coffee and food ect. Management/owners. This is not safe food service. You are responsible for the health and well being of your employees and the public. By allowing a sick person to handle food is completely irresponsible. To the sick young lady, please believe they will have someone else at that window the second your symptoms worsen TAKE CARE OF YOU FIRST! And please take that damn tissue out of your nose what are you 2? Totally disgusting. Do better Dunkin.

There was only 3 types of donuts available. They weren't ready considering I called the order in. The coffee was the only thing made. No cream, no sgar, no cups. What am I supposed to pour my coffee into, my hand. Box of joe was. Bitter. Worst Dunkin I have been in to date.
