It started raining, and they were about to leave. She even packed her stuff and got ready to go in her car. As soon as she saw us and a couple of other families pull up, she opened the truck. Patiently took our orders and asked us to be a little patient, and she prepared every single dish made from scratch with fresh ingredients. If you are near the Hilo or Kona crater area, don't miss her truck. Kid-friendliness: Spice well was nicely balanced for kids
There was no place to have lunch in Volcanoes National Park, so I searched on Google and found this place. It's located in something like a parking lot at a local playground, and I sat on a nearby bench to eat. The taste is average, and the portion size is very generous as expected from America, so I think the fried noodle would be enough for two Koreans. Thai iced tea is very sweet because it is mixed with something like condensed milk.
Went there after hiking 4 miles at the volcanoes national park. We were starving and ordered the chicken pad Thai and chicken cashew stir fry. Food was really good, very tasty and portions were huge, and very good prices. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Note be careful about spice level This is real Thai spice level I loved in Asia for 8 years and mild would be enough... Food is Superb Best I had on big island Soul food Mama made it so so nice So nice I ordered a second for later Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Good food with good size portions. No lengthy wait time and friendly service. It is a food truck in a park area, so you’ll have to eat in your car or take it with you because there is no real true seating other than a nearby park bench. But this is a great option for a good, quality, quick meal. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
