Found this lovely place by chance. Charming, intimate, and romantic, this speakeasy almost transports you back to the roaring 20's. The bartender is a craftsman, and made fantastic drinks with such attention to detail. A beautiful spot!

Wow this was a special night. My husband and I went and the bartender (I think Mario? was like a magician crafting drinks to exactly what we wanted! Go! Go back. Stay for a few drinks and if you don’t love what you have they will twist it to make it perfect.

Having my fair share of actual speakeasy bars in New York and beyond, my experience here went sour quickly. Barroom is trying too hard to impress like someone trying to survive a first date.The quality of cocktail is nothing extraordinary though they certainly attempt to put on a show with the garnish, an expressed orange peel. Actually, every cocktail comes with the same garnish to assure the melodramatic show. The drinks are also devoid of variation in taste. They taste pretty much the same. The reservation policy is whimsical given those with reservation still have to share the table. It 's a hit or miss depends on the company you are foisted upon. It 's a disaster if you want to enjoy drinks with your friends when drunk strangers keep cutting in. It totally defeats the purpose of a speakeasy !

A wonderful little hotspot in Munich's heart. With Emanuele as a bar boss, you can hardly make a better choice as fans of selected spirits and cocktails. He is through and through hosts and develops his drinks with passion and professional competence. I say thank you again for this beautiful day with Canaiima Gin.
