Kfc - Murfreesboro

Drive thru order around 12:45p Saturday 11/19/22. Original recipe 2 piece dark was Sooooo Greasy the box was dripping with oil. The meat wasn?t even cooked thru. If I had not been in a hurry I would?ve returned to complain. Horrible food that day.

I waited for over ten minutes to be served, only to be told I should have said hello. For complaining, I was given old greasy fries and dried-out tenders. I returned the order and asked for a refund or a freshly prepared order. After adding to my waittime, the manager informed me sarcastically she was sorry I wasn't accommodated.

This KFC should be closed!!! I ordered 32 pieces of chicken a $90 order for my family for my moms birthday! And when I got there they said someone had already picked up my order! After reading other reviews I?m not even surprised!! People of Murfreesboro-0KFC on Memorial-100000! They?ve scammed so many good people. On top of that, they refused to remake my food after giving my foodto someone else. And made me call corporate for a refund (the corporate people were very nice) and even offered to report acomplaint for them refusing to make my food again! RIDICULOUS!! I?ve picked up Uber Eats here as well and had to wait forforever but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt they may be short staffed like everyone else! I will NEVER makethis mistake again.

I placed an online order which told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later, to be told not only did they not have my order ready, they were out of food, I could NOT get anything, I needed to cancel my order. This was over anhour before they close. What 's the point of saying open if you aren 't going to provide food up to the aforementioned closingtime completely unacceptable and now I have to go thru a long complicated case, and process to get my order cancelled orrefunded because you chose not to provide me the food I ordered!

KFC was the best growing up. This restaurant sucks from the word go. I have been nice went there one day started to give my order sorry we are out of that 3 items I asked for and so I asked why dont you tell me what you have and drove off. Today I get there you see a guy at register and I drive to drive thur and wait and can hear the smart people talking in side the restaurant. Finally a guy started taking my order. I hear crickets so I said the heck with KFC.
