Feedback gevenAfter 20 o'clock they become exponentially slower. but the slowness can be expected with minimal staff and if there are few alternatives open, it will be even worse. they rarely get custom orders wrong and with allergies like mine that makes it important. So if they go with this expectation, there will be a much more positive experience than if they go to eat quickly.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. We went in and they said they didn’t wanna serve us which was the first red flag, so we ordered on the kiosk (the ordering machine) we payed credit on the kiosk. We waited 40 minutes inside and they still haven’t served us. Suddenly they said “Please get out and go to the drive thru” so we did. We waited there for so long and when we finally got to the window the server had the audacity to say “why are you here???” And it was in a disrespectful tone. We asked for our orders and then we found out that they didn’t even make our order even tho we ordered it 1-2 hours ago and they said “I don’t have the right to serve you anyway” and locked the window . As I said we paid on the kiosk with card. So we left the Taco Bell without our food AND our money. And they also refused to give us a refund when we asked for one. They also started recording us for no reason when they were the ones being disrespectful. we just wanted our food but in the end of the day we left with no food and lost our money.
I received an order with meat when I ordered vegetarian. No big deal. I went with my receipt and food items to have it corrected and the staff became very irate with me. They asked me for proof of purchase and the food items. Again, that’s fine. I have worked in food service mistakes happen. I calmly spoke and said I understood they were busy and just requested a refund instead of having them make the items again since they were busy. The staff member (not running the register) stomped off with my receipt said “Fine even better” and angrily plugged it in to their system and said “we don’t have time for this” and then told the register employee to open the register and give me cash. When the other member asked for the key she got even angrier. I am still unsure why there was a need to be so upset- I didn’t even ask for the items to be remade. It was also an understandable mistake but I really did not appreciate how I was treated tonight for returning an incorrect order.
We used to go to this location because, even though it took longer (The wait has often been ~30 mins in the drive thru), the food was prepared really well. But the last two times, our food was cold and mushy. Tonight we waited *50 minutes* in the drive thru, the staff never warned us of the wait or apologized for it, and our food was cold and mushy. There were hardly any customers inside and there were multiple people working, so I do not know why in the world it would have taken that long. We will not be going to this location again any time soon.
They should close this place down. Have never had a pleasant experience. Sometimes the entire order is wrong, sometimes items missing, sometimes more than 30 minutes wait time in drive through. Person at the drive thru repeats the entire order to you for varification and hands you a wrong order. Come on man! What is corporate doing to address the issue? Can't give zero stars so giving one but they don't deserve it. The manager does not bother to come talk to the customer after messing up an order. And the team member recommends going to other Taco Bell location. They should all be fired. I am calling corporate. Thus is ridiculous.
