Uoni - Nagaoka

It is almost unimaginable that Japanese cuisine cook such a wonderful job French cuisine in the middle of nowhere here in Nagaoka. The 3-speed plus dessert is unexpectedly amazing. The cook uses and understands the raw materials so well. It composes excellent dishes for us to enjoy. Its level of food flavor is very appreciated and it is reflected in the perfect food taste. The combination of texture and taste of each plate is simply perfect.

おかげさまで2年ぶりにご来店いただき、おまかせコースを注文しましたが、ほぼ同じ料理が出ました。 内容がカバーされるのは? 価格も上げました。 楽しみにしていたほど、残念でした。

ひどい味は本当に良かったです。 加えて、料理がとても美味しかったと感じました。
