Wingstop - Nampa

I really enjoy Wingstop, especially their lemon pepper wings. The restaurant is always busy because their food is consistently delicious. The two young men at the counter and in the kitchen were very professional and hardworking. They deserve a raise.

Never been in wingstop in my life probably not back. the “best fries” smell into a rave where soggy and drops with oil. The wings in which glands with hardly one sauce on them, the mild wings tasted like absolutely nothing, and the garlic parmesan seemed only sprinkled on them with no soak at all. Apart from the brutto food, the customer service was terrible. as I said at the beginning I have never been here, as an older guy went on the counter and I began to order, he cuts me off, says: "I need her name to start an order" very rude! then they never gave my mug for my drink, which I had to ask for, and they were annoyed and said that the mugs were right to point to the counter with two different stacks of cups, without indicating which size I have. I wish I had gone to buffalow wild wings instead.

Slow. cold. dry. unsatisfied. overpriced. would have learned my lection when I left this evaluation six months ago. low customer service. was ignored when I came in. this place is i. R.T y. a. I have been to this restaurant twice now and, to be honest, the food is good. However, the wait time is incredibly long - sometimes up to an hour or more - simply because they don't have enough staff. It's frustrating because my order has always been wrong; they either give me the wrong wings or forget to include some sides. Unfortunately, my experience at this Wing Stop has never been pleasant.

The food is delicious when it’s served hot and fresh. However, it appears that the restaurant is currently understaffed and struggling to keep up. There are major issues with order accuracy and long wait times for food. Orders are often prepared 20-30 minutes later than promised for pickup.
