Big Deal Burger - Napa

I had a disappointing experience at this burger place, especially considering the high prices. The fries were delivered wet and soggy, which was unacceptable. The brioche buns tasted like stale bread. Honestly, you'd be better off spending a dollar at McDonald's than paying ten dollars here. I ended up throwing away my meal and definitely won't be returning.

It's a great spot for a burger! The fries were delicious as well. What more could you want from a burger place? I ordered through DoorDash, and the delivery was quick. I will definitely order again!

The flavor was enjoyable, but two out of the three burgers were not prepared as we requested. All three burgers were cooked medium rare, leaning more towards rare, including the kid's burger. We also ordered brisket fries and Buffalo ranch fries; both were tasty, but unfortunately, the fries were soft and soggy. If the burgers were cooked to at least medium and the orders were correct, plus if the fries were crispier, I would have rated them five stars. These are all simple adjustments, as long as we don’t end up feeling sick from the burgers, haha!
