Carpe Diem Restaurant Bar - Napa

Sad to say, but super slow service. The lady at the table next to us complained loudly about her one hour waiting for ducks. According to staff there was a new cook and problems in the kitchen. My food was cold when I finally got it. Can wait a few months to try again.

The Entrees took about 45 minutes to get out. Looks like they're busy in the kitchen. Our waiter was very apologetic.

The food was delicious. We sat at the bar because we were half an hour early for our reservation. We just ordered food in the bar. Bartender We are very nice and friendly, but very busy. Ends an hour for our food after our order. The bartender has to take care of food.

Amazing restaurant! Excellent food and wine list. A must to visit when you are in Napa.
