Food is really fresh and delicious. The green sauce is wonderful. The staff was pleasant. Have a nice place to sit and eat.

The healthy fast food restaurant had a slow service, taking 23 minutes to drive through the window. Could they speed up the service?

It's great to enjoy our meals again. The food was fresh and the chicken was hot from the grill.

I always loved El Pollo Loco. The literal translation of Spanish in English is the crazy chicken that makes sense when you think of quality and freshness of this chicken. The only thing I wished was that they had the French pommes they had done earlier and the Ranch Dressing. But both are so insignificant that I will give 5 stars.

Makes me think of Southern California. Lots better food then the other chains fresh cooked and great staff
