Delicious cupcakes! My favorite is passion fruit! The girl at the counter was smiling and delightful! Lovely experience!

First time definitely not the last nice smooth order process and each option is harder to pick from. Located in Oxbow Market. Walk up that ramp n they on the left when you enter.

Meh. Expensive cupcake that fell out of the box. Frosting was way too heavy, sugary and rich. Not enough cupcake. Nothing special.Service was odd and judgmental.

We wanted to try someplace new (to us) and Bar Lucia was perfect. It’s small, and menu is limited but the food was amazing! We had the Salmon Crostinis, Arugula salad and BLT and everything was perfect. Our server was very nice and we enjoyed the entire experience. We prefer brews to wine, but we had a sample of the Frose and I will be back on a warm day to have one, or two…

Located at Oxbow Market. I chose the chocolate vegan cupcake and can honestly say it was one of the best I have enjoyed since going vegan 9 years ago. The market can get very busy but it is worth the hassle to snag one of these delicious cupcakes. The staff is also super friendly.
