We went to Burger King today they gave us fries that had a fried bee in them and after I called attention to it they were still feeding people from the drive thru that food from the same fryer until the manager was called into and she shut it down. The bald headed guy who was working drive thru was incredibly rude and asked if we wanted another fry to which I replied I don't want any food that has been cooked with a bug!! The young man working the counter was extremely nice and tried to make the situation right immediately. I believe his name is Andrew it was the name on our receipt. they returned our money, and the manager cut that fryer off so she could clean it. Her and the guy at the front door deserve praise bc they tried to handle it the best way they could. But the bald head guy was completely rude and said I was just causing a issue. I figure nobody wants to eat food from a fryer with a bug in it. Id give no stars if I could Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and plenty of room for wheelchairs, and we got fries and a chicken wrap there was no choice for those to pick above
