Not only did it take us 20 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches but I saw the girl mak8ng my sandwich put my bagel on her finger like a ring and waving it around giggling. GROSS. And to top it if I specifically asked for butter on the side. Had a whole dang conversation about and no dang butter. Ridiculous. The only friendly one was the one with the blue hair. She was sweet and helpful. Food: 1

Maddie got mad because I asked her to remake my drink because I payed for an extra shot of expresso there was mostly just milk in my drink, she got an attitude and kept staring at us rude when we said something then she started acting very bold behind that counter overall horrible experience Service: 1

The little short boy that was cashiering threatened to fight me because I “snatched the bag” Edit: one of the wonderful managers contacted me and made things right. Great follow up customer service. Service: 5
