Superb freshly cooked food pleasant staff reasonable price for a Sunday lunch

Lovely food, fabulous staff. Will be sad to see it close. Sunday lunch was perfect.

The Sunday dinner is amazing best gravy ever. Get a lot of veg and meat with your dinner. Staff were very friendly and even tho they were busy still had time for everyone. I will be going again xx

Gutted that Nic and Nicola are leaving. Honestly couldn't ask for a better landlord and landlady and no one will ever match them. Not only are they top host and hostess, they are top friends too! The Miners will never be the same. Best of luck for your next chapter xx

Managed to book a table just 20 minutes before we arrived for Sunday lunch and was very pleased with that Had the tomatoe and chill soup followed by a lovely lunch all was really enjoyable .Good friendly service would definitely reccomend.
