New owners have changed everything and the food is not as good and it's overpriced! Won't go anymore

This is my favourite restaurant in Nelson. Wonderful, vegan food, nice atmosphere, lovely staff. If you're vegan and looking for a place to eat in Nelson, you've found it! It's my go to place to eat. They do so much to support the community too. I hope you'll give Jagannatha's a try.

You can choose from a buffet-style menu and they will serve you a generous plate of delicious food. The price is unbelievably affordable. The food is always fresh and you can start eating right away. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with funky colors.

The service was great, very knowledgable. Love the inviting atmosphere. Great smoothies, love the size of portions for the value.

This had organic and local food options mixed with some non organic options. The staff is quite friendly and nice and on kootenay time so do not expect to be served right away, every time you go. The decor is eclectic, comforting, and bit random, with large plants, nice tiling, mismatched chairs and tables and a cozy fireplace in the winter. The kitchen and service areas and food is well presented, with gluten and dairy items marked. They now have wifi available, and you can order ahead of time if you plan to drop by later then you can skip any line ups and go straight to the cash register if your food is ready. Debit, credit and cash transactions, chill servers and help.
