Feedback gevenI called about 6 weeks ago and I talked to a manager. I wanted to have a graduation ceremony between 40 and 50 people. I asked if we could have the bar area to make sure that we would not take too much seat from the main area. I also said that we don't need the tables that are put together that I just wanted to have an area. I applied for large parties between 30 and 50 persons a week ago, which was granted twice. It seemed disturbing to be joined with two/three sections of tables so that I tried to be recording because I love the atmosphere, I love the food, and the staff is amazing. I was told that this was feasible and that I only had to call 2 weeks before to strengthen the plans. That's why I called two weeks in advance and was immediately told that it wasn't possible and that there was no way to accommodate these many people and that they didn't even take call-ahead seats for weekends that seemed strange because again... I used to do this on two different occasions. Since I had set everything for it and counted that I have, I am now forced to strangle and find means to have a party within two weeks. Count on it, and the carpet beneath me without venue, no food, nothing I am very disappointed in a restaurant that I have often and recommended on many occasions. With this negative experience I do not plan to visit your restaurant again and will definitely not recommend this anymore. Inconsistently, this will probably not do anything, and I am more than likely just a number in a sea of countless customers that you have and continue to have, but I wanted to put my extremely negative experience in your customer service team and thank your restaurant for losing a loyal customer and great amount of business.

I have requested large parties of between 30 and 50 people before on a weekend which has been granted twice. It seemed to be bothersome with two/three sections of tables put together like this so I was attempting to be accommodating because I love the atmosphere, I love the food, and the staff is amazing. I was told that this was doable and that I just needed to call 2 weeks in advance to solidify the plans. Therefore, I called two weeks in advance and was immediately told that it was not possible and that there was no way to accommodate that many people and that they do not even take call-ahead seating for weekends which seemed odd because again... I have done this before on two different occasions. Being that I had everything set for this and was counting on having this , I am now forced to scramble and find means to have a party within two weeks time. Counting on this, and having the rug ripped under me with no venue, no food, no anything I am very disappointed in a restaurant that I frequent and have recommended on numerous occasions. With this negative experience I do not plan on visiting your restaurant again and will definitely no longer recommend this. Understandably, this will probably do nothing and I am more than likely just a number in a sea of countless customers you have had and continued to have but I wanted to put my extremely negative experience to your customer service team and thank your restaurant for losing a loyal customer and large amount of business.
