George's Pizza - Niagara Falls

After we got home with our food, we realized that our order was incomplete, and since we live half an hour away, we decided to let it go. However, a little while later, they called us to apologize for the mistake and offered to deliver the rest of our order free of charge. We appreciated their willingness to correct the error and assured them that mistakes happen. Despite this, they insisted on bringing us the missing items. The delivery person arrived promptly and sincerely apologized for the mix-up. Georges Pizza and their staff really went above and beyond, providing the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time from a small pizza restaurant. They deserve praise for their exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best chicken fingers in the city!

Hey George, thanks for not getting Richard Hill's phone number. They mentioned they should have another food truck, like the one in Gilroy, California. Those breakfast burritos there are really good!

The chicken fingers are quite large, and they offer a delicious sweet sauce starting at 5:00 PM.

Awesome find!!! Took my wife to Niagara Falls for a few days to see the sights. After the long drive in and a through scouting of the sights we headed for the Air b&b and George's was right down the street. The chicken wings were fabulous, best ever! My wife raved about her real turkey sub and the three fresh chicken fingers with fries could have fed two hungry 12 year olds. They were crazy busy and I can understand the reason. Highly recommended!!!!
