The Western Door: A Seneca Steakhouse

The west door was an excellent experience to say the least. at the beginning we had no reservation and they were so nice to inform us here to make it for a walk. once we were served in us and the food and service was amazing. the personal was so attentive and clear. as manager in a restaurant I know what to look for and I can really say the service was excellent. that was spectacular. the steak was cooked to perfection and the side and dessert was mouthwater. I just wanted to convince her amazing manager. hal was one of the nicest people I met. he was so good to let the restaurant run smoothly during the review with guests and make sure everyone was in order. Beyond that we were at a night where a woman tried to cut the walk in line and he was so professional in memory that there was a line and she had to wait. the women were so angry and came back several times to scream, but he kept his cool so good. I don't know if I could have done that. overall was excellent and so was our entire experience.

We had an excellent experience here last Sunday. eating was amazing and so was the service of kathy. we let go and had so much fun and enjoyed us immensely. highly recommended, please kathy if you appreciate a sense of humor and first-class Notch service! <3 love, the real taste 570 team and of course kyle lol

Extraordinary! we've been here for a few years to celebrate our jubilee. the atmosphere is welcoming and intimate. we want to dress up but they can certainly come out of the casino (if there is the available.) the personal is attentive and friendly (especially the standing is always very pleasant.) eating is incredible. the steaks are cooked to perfection (I even like my well made and his still super delicate) and all the other items we ordered were wonderful. drinks are also delicious. I highly recommend coming to the western door.

After a two-year stay due to COVID travel restrictions returned to the western door in the seneca casino. although the casino changed and the restaurant menu was streamed, eating and the service was still a lot of top notch. as much as I missed her bone marrow appetizer, the chopped salad was a healthy substitute. my wife and I both had the bone-in crucible steak with roasted flower cabbage and wobble rings. the steaks were perfectly cooked with medium rareness, the cauliflower was beautifully roasted and the wobble rings were crispy. the waiting staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. my wife and I were glad to see that some things have never changed. it was like returning to a warm, familiar place. we will come back to the final when the restrictions are lifted.
