Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

The food at this restaurant is generally decent, but they consistently struggle with making drinks. The taste is never consistent, especially with the strawberry chocolate milk drink which always tastes like it is 90% earthberry syrup and needs to be thrown away. I would rather go to any other restaurant where they get the drinks right without any issues. If this place was closer to my work, I would choose to eat elsewhere instead.

I have two Tim Hortons locations near my house. One is just a 5-minute drive away, while the other is a 20-minute drive. Despite the distance, I always make the effort to go to the Tim Hortons on Military and Saunders Settlement. I'm not sure if it's their exceptional communication skills or the training they receive, but the staff there always gets my order right! I have never left feeling like my order was incorrect. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I would give it to both locations, especially since they have teenagers working there. The difference in service between the two locations is quite noticeable - the one near my house consistently messes up my order. Kudos to the team at the Saunders Settlement location, they deserve 10 stars!

The restaurant was busy, but the staff were efficient and friendly. The coffee was made perfectly and tasted delicious.

I regret not taking a picture of the coffee handed to me from this establishment. Freaking ridiculous! It was milk with a hint of coffee. It wasn’t even warm to the touch. The person working the window was rude. From this experience, I don’t see the hype about Tim Hortons and will not be throwing my money that way.
