Arby's - Niagara Falls

I am a cook by trade, and I like food a whole dang lot. I ordered today, and I can say with the utmost full confidence that the Smokehouse Brisket Poutine is one of if not the best fast food item I have ever ordered in my entire life. Life-changingly good. Thank you for your service, Arbys.

The sandwiches were soaked in sauce, making the bun extremely soggy and almost impossible to eat.

The beef and cheddar sandwiches were delicious. However, the bun on the Jr. bacon and cheddar sandwich was dry. It would be great if they offered packs of horsey sauce and Arby's sauce as additional condiment options.

Do not bother ordering or paying for extra sauces, as they will not be provided. The food was average, not the best but not the worst. I was not completely satisfied, but not completely disappointed either.

Every single time I order they always forget something like absolutely ridiculous!!
